Shipping and Delivery
Once you have completed your purchase through our checkout page you will:
Receive an confirmation email from our site with a summary of your order and a copy of the tax invoice.
Whilst we make every effort to ship items within 2-4 working days, we do from time to time experience stock outages.
Should we experience an stock outage and cannot desptach within the required timeline, we will advise by email and discuss options available.
This may include a refund of your funds in full to your credit card or bank account or the placing of your order into our back-order system to be processed when the stock arrives into our warehouse.
We will communicate this change of status to your order directly by email within a timely manner.
Shipping to Post Office Boxes is unavailable.
Damage in transit  - refer to our refunds/returns policy.
Pickup from our premises
If you choose to pick up from our premises, we reserve the right to supply your goods without the usual shipping packaging.
Please allow at least 1- 2 days after placing your order to pick your items from our warehouse.
Our pick up hours are 9.00am -  3:00pm  Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 1:00 pm on Fridays.
Please contact us prior to arrival to ensure your goods are at in our dispatch area and are ready for pickup.
Shipping notifications
When your delivery is manifested with our shipping partner, an automated shipping notification is emailed to your nominated email address. This notification includes your unique order number and a link to our carrier so that you can track your shipment.
